Rebranding

AYC Group

In the AYC rebranding project, my role was to create a logo that encapsulated the company’s ethos of convenience and customer satisfaction. I designed a distinctive visual identity for AYC, which is home to diverse salon brands like Mayakoba, Berkeley, Dermalogic, and Keen. My challenge was to convey the breadth of salon products AYC offers—spanning hair, barber, nail, tattoo, and spa services—in one unified logo that promised a seamless shopping experience.

The clock motif, a central element of my design, intertwines the letters "AYC" into 12 segments, mirroring the company’s focus on valuing the customer’s time. By omitting the clock hands, the logo I created stands as a testament to AYC’s commitment to timeless quality and design. This symbolizes the brand’s pledge to free customers from the tyranny of the clock, allowing them to enjoy the present with AYC's efficient services—from shipping and delivery to customer support.

This logo redesign was part of a broader strategy to refresh AYC’s brand identity, aiming to enhance the daily workflow of salons and affirm the brand's promise to make every professional moment more productive. My design is not just a mark; it’s a visual story of AYC’s promise to prioritize every salon’s unique daily rhythm.
